"Attitude, Quality, Discipline, Win-Win”

Literally, “Sun Team Construction” is named after two Chinese characters, namely, “Shang,” meaning going upward through accumulation and “Ding,” meaning decency. “Shang” denotes “ever evolving.” We aspire to cultivate a talent pool in that we encourage employees to take the initiative to transcend themselves. “Ding” denotes the responsibility that we, as a professional constructor, undertake to produce the good quality requisites for the functioning and enduring construction we build. Simply put, "Sun Team" means seeking progress and being reliable. At the early stage of its contracting history, Sun Team served as a sub-contractor under public companies Sun Team served two duty as a sub-contractor and as a contrator at the second stage, and then became a major conpactor at the third stage. What Sum Team undertook to do as a sub-contractor was mainly major national construction projects. Our customers included large construction and engineering consulting companies, e.g., CECI Engineering Consultants, Inc. Sinotech Engineering Consultants Inc, T.Y.Lin Taiwan Consulting Engineers inc. and MOH and Associates, Inc., agencies of the central government and the Department of Rapid Transit Systems of Taipei City Government, which means that the quality requirements were demanding. As time goes by, “quality” has evolved into our corporate culture. As such, when assuming the role as a major contractor, we effortlessly and unconsciously deliver on-time and on-quality construction services; we were even awarded the 2018 Public Construction Golden Quality Award. Our construction services cover a wide range, from civil engineering work such as roads and bridges, airports and breakwaters, to building construction projects and even to historic building restoration. Scaling as our construction serves are, what remains unchanged is our insistence on quality. We’ve been maintaining and improving our organizational operation model. Aside from the construction service system and accounting system,we are transitioning our operations into digital, hoping to make our operations more efficient and profitable.
