Environment, Society, governance (ESG) will be the trend in the future. Tiny as the company size is, Sun Team never belittles itself. We uphold ESG as the ideal toward which we progress. Upholding ESG as the goal, we currently adopt the following measures: (1) a performance-based bonus system; (2) a project-based ownership-sharing system; In doing so, we aim to stimulate employees’ passion for work, thereby creating a win-win situation for the Company, sub-contractors and colleagues. Sum Team expects each unit to become an operation capable of undertaking contracts. In addition, Sum Team also dedicates itself to the cause of corporate social responsibilities,being keen to give back to society.
